Captain11 - Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed on Captain11, operated by TABLOR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the Platform, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

Refund of Unutilized Balance

If your account is suspended or terminated due to Captain11's failure to provide services, any remaining amount in your Unutilized Account will be refunded.
Refunds will also be processed if directed by regulatory or governmental authorities.
In case a contest is canceled or abandoned, the Pre-Designated Amount paid by you will be refunded to your Unutilized Account.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment source wherever possible.
Processing fees, if applicable, may be deducted before the refund.
Refunds may take up to 7-14 working days depending on your payment method and bank processing timelines.

Cancellation of Contests

Captain11 reserves the right to cancel contests due to technical errors, insufficient participation, or regulatory instructions.
In case of cancellation, the entry fees paid for the canceled contest will be refunded to the Unutilized Account.

No Refunds on Voluntary Account Closure

If a user voluntarily closes or deletes their Captain11 account, no refund of any balance (Unutilized or Winning Account) shall be provided.

Disputes

In case of any dispute regarding refunds, the decision of Captain11 shall be final and binding.
